Volkswagen Financial Services car finance claims: check your agreement
Finance for VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda and commercial vehicles. If you had PCP or HP with them between April 2007 and November 2024, your agreement may fall in scope of the FCA's £7.5 billion commission redress scheme.

Volkswagen Financial Services and the FCA scheme
Most VW-group cars bought on dealer finance in 2007–2024 were financed here. The redress scheme applies industry-wide: what matters is your agreement's dates, type and commission arrangement — not which lender wrote it. The scheme was confirmed by the FCA in March 2026 (PS26/3) and is currently paused while a legal challenge is heard (hearings from December 2026) — but the deadline for pre-April-2014 agreements remains 31 August 2026, and complaints lodged now are simply queued until the scheme resumes.
The free route, step by step
1) Find any paperwork (or just note the car and rough dates). 2) Contact Volkswagen Financial Services’s complaints team through their website, quoting your details and “commission on my motor finance agreement”. 3) Keep their acknowledgement. That’s it — the scheme requires the lender to check their commission records and assess your agreement. No fee, no claims company, nothing deducted from any payout.
